A Spiritual Perspective to Eating Disorder Recovery with Manaal Mulla

Manaal grew up in Dubai, is of Indian origin, and trained in the UK, so her passion lies in providing culturally sensitive care for clients with anxiety, eating disorders, and relationship difficulties. Manaal is a psychotherapist at First Steps ED in the UK and at Monarch Health Centres in Dubai, as well as a columnist for BACP spiritually journal thresholds and provides eating disorder training to professionals.
