Talks & Training

Beyond 1:1 coaching, I also work with schools, workplaces, healthcare settings, and organisations to bridge lived and clinical perspectives on neurodivergence and eating disorders.

I speak about:

  • Eating Disorder Awareness: understanding EDs, signs to look out for, and how to support someone
  • ADHD x Eating Disorders: the overlap between them, and why ADHD is so often missed in ED settings (and vice versa)
  • Lived experience perspective: providing an honest, first-hand account of navigating AuDHD, compulsive exercise, Body Dysmorphic Disorder and disordered eating

Every talk can be tailored to your specific audience. If you have something in mind, I'd love to have a chat!

“I had a content strategy mentoring session with Hannah which was exactly what I needed to reboot my creativity. I was feeling stuck with my content and after our session together, I felt so motivated, clear and excited about creating content again for my business. Thank you so much Han, it was amazing and just what I needed. Highly recommend!”
